At our health club we aim to promote and educate a positive outlook on a healthier lifestyle to help you achieve your individual health, wellness and fitness goals.

We have a variety of classes running throughout the day suitable for any fitness level, and also have private personal training or group sessions available.

Fitness Class Timetable

Body & Core: This workout is designed to target upper body to lower body with various body weight workouts and utilising weights. Including a specific core workout routine. 

Circuit Training: This class offers a wide variety of medium intensity workouts. Ranging from weight machines, TRX, Kettlebells, Body weight and Free weights, this is a great class to learn all aspects within a gym environment. 

Bike Fit: Prepare to build a nice sweat up, feel motivated to the beat of music and enjoy the ride. 

Box Fit: We all want to punch something when we are stressed, now is your time! Unleash your power while working out. 

Stretch & Core: Time to unwind after a long day, designed to focus on breathing and stretching out muscles you never knew you had. Strengthening your core, become more flexible and feel at ease. 

H.I.I.T  (High Intensity Interval Training) Don’t let the name scare, you - its just a fancy way to replace ‘timing’ This is a brilliant full body workout that involves bodyweight exercises, free weights and getting a sweat up.
