Welcome to the Bay of Islands Health Club.

We pride ourselves in helping others achieve 

their desired goals in health and wellness.

At our health club we aim to promote and educate a positive outlook on a healthier lifestyle to help you achieve your individual health, wellness and fitness goals.

We believe in providing variety for our clients and have a few trainers running different sessions within the gym - circuit sessions, boot camps, boxfit, spinfit, HIIT sessions ...  Gym sessions run at different times throughout the week (see our timetable for details)  You MUST pre-book your sessions and can do so by text to the session trainer or to Philippa on 0275370088.   As well as our Retreat clients, we encourage the local community to come along and enjoy our gym.

We have daily, weekly or monthly and yearly passes available

Circuit / HIIT - GJ

Circuit Training: This class offers a wide variety of medium intensity workouts. Ranging from weight machines, TRX, Kettlebells, Body weight and Free weights, this is a great class to learn all aspects within a gym environment. 

Bike Fit: Prepare to build a nice sweat up, feel motivated to the beat of music and enjoy the ride. 

Box Fit: We all want to punch something when we are stressed, now is your time! Unleash your power while working out. 

Stretch & Core: Time to unwind after a long day, designed to focus on breathing and stretching out muscles you never knew you had. Strengthening your core, become more flexible and feel at ease. 

H.I.I.T  (High Intensity Interval Training) Don’t let the name scare, you - its just a fancy way to replace ‘timing’ This is a brilliant full body workout that involves bodyweight exercises, free weights and getting a sweat up. 



SAUNA - book your complementary sauna through Philippa on 0275370088.  Subsequent saunas are $15/session if you provide your own towel.  

SPORTS MASSAGE - available on Thursdays with Tony Sweeting - contact Tony on 0274323144 and receive a 20% discount on your first massage.
